We usually send out your order within 1 to 2 days, except on weekends and Bulgarian bank holidays. During busy times, there might be a slight delay, but we do our best to avoid that. You'll get tracking info sent to your email once your order is on its way.
Note: On very busy days like sales or public holidays, we might take a bit longer to get your order out the door.
Shipping:
All our orders are sent out from our hub in Bulgaria.
Free standard shipping for orders over €49.
For orders under €49, the standard shipping charge is €5.95.
For orders outside Europe, the shipping charge is €9.
Delivery Times:
For standard shipping within the EU, it takes about 2-8 business days (after we've processed your order).
For shipping outside of Europe, it'll take about 7-12 business days.
We ship orders from Monday to Friday, except for Bulgarian bank holidays.

Machine Washing Your Ahrora Pillowcase
Ahrora pure silk pillowcases are machine-friendly! Though traditionally silk requires hand washing or dry cleaning, our high-quality silk is designed for durability. While machine washable, remember to treat your silk pillowcase with love:
Drying Your Ahrora Pillowcase
Air-dry your Ahrora pillowcase in the shade. Avoid tumble drying. If needed, use a low heat setting to iron or steam. Your Ahrora pillowcase is also dry-cleanable, using any solvent except trichloroethylene.
